Mark Pisani
Mark joined Sterling Crane Canada as Vice President, Operations in January 2022. Mark brings over 30 years of operational experience and has held leadership roles in the manufacturing, construction and crane industry. Throughout his career, Mark's passion is the people he works with, and he has focused his career on creating teams that generate success through safety, operational efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations. Now serving as President of Sterling Crane North America, Mark is committed to upholding the highest standards in safety and operational execution, while providing best in class service for our clients and ensuring Sterling Crane is a leader in the crane market.

Travis Horcoff
Travis joined Sterling Crane Canada as Corporate Controller in August 2023 and moved to Vice President, Finance of Sterling Crane North America in November 2025. Travis brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience from the Crane, Construction and Hospitality industries as well as public practice assurance experience. As part of the senior leadership team, Travis is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. Travis is committed to driving Sterling Crane North America toward its strategic and operational goals through sound financial decision making and corporate governance. Travis holds his CPA, CA designation and earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta.

Allan Gretzan
Allan Gretzan serves as Vice President of Procurement at Sterling Crane North America, overseeing procurement & supply chain activities, compliance & governance, and strategic vendor partnerships. Since joining Sterling Crane in 2012, Allan has focused on ensuring that the organization continues to align with best-in-class suppliers who add value, complement the company's strategic efforts, and support sustained business growth. Prior to his current role, Allan was Purchasing Manager at Sterling Crane Canada for over 11 years, and brings nearly 25 years of supply chain experience, having previously worked in heavy construction, manufacturing, and distribution. Allan also holds a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation from the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada. Allan's passion is collaborating with internal teams and working closely with our suppliers to develop solutions that result in successful outcomes for all parties involved, ultimately driving meaningful value for our customers.

Brian Boudreaux
Brian joined Sterling Crane USA in 2019, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the crane industry. Throughout his career, he has taken on various progressive positions in international, offshore, and regional operations. This track record highlights his ability to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. In his current role, Brian is committed to cultivating a safe, professional, and accountable work environment that effectively meets customer needs. He emphasizes the importance of a strong safety culture as a foundation for operational success. Under his leadership, his team is focused on delivering innovative, customized crane solutions that prioritize both safety and efficiency. Together, they aim to set a new standard in the crane rental industry, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and reliability. Brian's strategic vision and dedication are key to solidifying Sterling Crane USA’s position as a leader in the marketplace.

Jeff Meador
Jeff serves as the Senior Director of Business Development for Sterling Crane USA, leading Regional Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Initiatives. With over 30 years of industry experience, he leverages extensive market and product knowledge to guide a team of sales professionals in delivering the "Sterling Standard" and exceeding customer expectations. Having started his career as a rigger and progressing through roles such as rigging supervisor, crane operator, project manager, and in sales/business development, Jeff's diverse background enhances his expertise, and he has been a Licensed CCO crane operator for 22 years. As a member of the leadership team, he is committed to the ethics and integrity of the Sterling and Marmon groups, fostering a culture of these values within his teams to ensure they are evident in all interactions with partners, customers, and the community, while focusing on stability and growth through strong relationships built throughout his career.

Kevin McDougall
Kevin joined Sterling Crane USA in 2004 with the acquisition of Ridge Crane and has over 43 years in the rental crane industry starting a crane operator/rigger for Pro-Crane in Kalispell, MT. Based out of Ft Collins, Kevin served as Branch Manager since 1998, taking on Projects and Turnarounds in 2004 and served as a Regional Manager over 4 Branches in 2015. He has served in his current role since 2018 and is responsible for leading the Sales, Planning, Scheduling and Logistics for Labor and Equipment for all US Projects and Turnarounds.

Rodney Oliver
Rodney joined Sterling Crane USA as HSE Manager bringing with him a career of over 40 years of Safety Leadership experience to the Organization. Rodney has held leading positions in safety with both North American and International companies during his career. As part of the Leadership Team, Rodney is focused on implementing methods to continuously improve Sterling Crane USA’s Health Safety & Environment culture throughout the organization.

Justin Hartman
Justin joined Sterling Crane USA in 2024 as the Director of Maintenance, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in the chemical and industrial gas business. Having worked hand-in-hand while establishing relationships with some of the largest chemical and petrochemical companies, Justin has extensive knowledge and understanding of what is needed to maintain high-reliability assets while keeping safety and efficiency at the forefront. Justin’s solid background in leading both operations and maintenance of numerous world-scale facilities streamlines the process to reduce costs for customers while minimizing equipment repair costs and downtime. His effectiveness in implementing the compliance of regulations and safety programs ensures Sterling Crane USA maintains their position as the industry leader.

Connie M. Farmer
Connie joined Sterling Crane USA in 2023, bringing over 30 years of financial expertise, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors. She possesses a proven track record in leading ERP implementations, developing LEAN processes, and managing successful accounting departments. Her strategic vision and unwavering dedication have significantly enhanced the company's efficiency and financial performance. Connie’s exceptional leadership skills continue to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.
